What's the difference between only a good wedding photographer and videographer, and a great one? Glad you asked.
We hear all too often how an unfortunate couple's wedding photographer or videographer backed out at the last minute and never followed through to provide the couple's photos or video. Think of your wedding photographer and videographer much like you would if you were buying a quality car or home - good, better, best. You wouldn't start your search by saying "I only want to search for something good". You want to find the best.

Frequently asked questions
 
When will we receive our photos and video?
 
Within a few weeks we'll have your completed photos on either a DVD, thumb drive and/or digital download for your review. Albums, printed photos and canvas may take longer depending on your instructions, media type, size and quantity. Videos take longer to edit and produce, but we keep you informed throughout the process.
 
What do we wear for shoots?
 
Depending upon the type of event and location we may wear all black to blend into the surroundings, or wear something comfortable and less formal. If it's hot outside my shorts are coming out. 
 
How long are shoots?
 
If we're shooting an event or wedding sometimes we're on scene for 2-8 hours, but if we're shooting an engagement session or a senior shoot we may only be on scene for 1-2 hours. Certainly if we can finish early we will. No need to drag out a shoot if we're able to capture all the photos we need. As long as you feel comfortable with the photos we already captured. 
 
Do you shoot destination weddings?
 
Yes.
 
Do you charge for travel?
 
Depending upon the distance from our home base. Typically, if you schedule a shoot anywhere within 1 hour of Orange Park, FL there is no travel fees. We take travel on a case per case basis, so if you think there may be some travel involved just ask us. 
 
Do you offer a payment plan?
 
Contact us to discuss. We typically ask for a 50% deposit to book our services unless a balance is paid in full. Final balances must be paid before the job. Deposits are non-refundable. This is a practice we've had in place for years.
 
What brand equipment do you use?
 
Canon. We've used Canon for over 9 years and love it.
